At PLUX Biosignals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
